May Half Term 2018

We are pleased to announce that our May half term classes are now available to be booked.

We will be running the following classes:

Tuesday 29th May – 11am- 3pm Gym fun day. This class costs £30 and will consist of 2 hours gymnastics from 11am-1pm. The children will then eat their packed lunch that they have brought with them and complete a colouring competition while their food digests. They will then have a treasure hunt followed by free play from 2-3pm. Please inform us if your child has any allergies.

Wednesday 30th May- 9am-12pm- Pre school open morning- FREE GYMNASTICS for all preschool children and siblings up to the age of 8 years. Bring along your friends to try out the competition standard gymnastics equipment in our newly refurbished gym. Also get the opportunity of seeing some of our elite gymnasts performing.

Thursday 31st May- Trampoline taster 10:30-11:30am- children will learn basic trampoline skills following British Gymnastics guidelines. Please ensure that your child brings socks.

Friday 1st June- Open gym 11am-1pm and 1pm-3pm. These classes are for age 4 in full time school to 13 years old. They are a free play session and participants must have a parent or guardian over the age of 18 with them at all times. The classes cost £4.50 per child and you do not need to pre book.

Friday 1st June- Trampoline taster 10:30-11:30am- children will learn basic trampoline skills following British Gymnastics guidelines. Please ensure that your child brings socks.

For your childs safety these rules must be followed to allow participation in the classes:

Strictly no jewellery/earrings may be worn at any time

during classes.  This is the policy of British Gymnastics who operate ‘zero tolerance’ towards the wearing of jewellery by any age gymnast or coach. The only exception to this is newly pierced ears which can be taped.

Participants should wear suitable clothing to take part

No jeans, dresses or skirts, no tops with hoods.

No zips, buttons, buckles, tassels or belts. 

T-shirts and shorts/leggings/jogging bottoms are best or leotards or leotard & shorts if they have them.

No socks to be worn for Gymnastics classes, however, they must be worn for trampoline classes. 

All shoes to be left outside of the training area.

Hair must be tied back.

Please listen and abide by the advice given by the coaches at the start of, and during, each class. 

 No food or drink to be taken into the training area
