Colchester Gymclub

Recreational Classes

Newcomers over the age of four are coached to learn disciplines, key movements

and general gym language.

Children are coached in groups of between five and eight per coach.

REC1

Gymnasts in the recreational and BGA classes get to use the full range of apparatus as they progress through the awards.
